Jake was so fast to respond and quote my job. Transparent and trustworthy. They came out and cleaned 3 existing air conditioner units that were well overdue for a clean and then replaced another unit for me. Great value for quality work. All aircon are running so well now and smell incredible. Can’t recommend highly enough!

From first phone call Jake was very professional, friendly and accommodating. We had a booking for 2 weeks time, but a few hours after he advised he could come the next day as was in the area. Jake came and cleaned and serviced three split systems. He is professional, friendly, thorough and a great communicator. The air cons are now squeaky clean and Jake is super efficient. To say I am happy with Jake from Tier One Electrical & Air Conditioning would be an understatement, not only was he able to be flexible enough to fit in with my schedule the work he did was nothing short of professional, positioning the new unit over existing infrastructure you went above and beyond, a credit to you and your trade. Young man out to make a name for him self with his young business keep this up and you will go far. No hesitation on using Tier One again.
